Our recruitment process consists of 4 simple steps:
1 Submitting a Resume
Once you have selected a job offer that matches your experience and interests, apply at your convenience: through the form on the website, by e-mail or by phone.
2 Application selection and phone call
In the next step, we will review your resume and assess the match between your experience and the requirements of the position. Next, we contact the selected individuals to conduct a brief telephone interview.
3 Meeting with the recruitment team
Once you qualify for this stage of the recruitment process, we would like to meet you live: either at the company’s headquarters in Ujeździec Mały or online. At this recruitment stage, for some positions, we may also ask you to solve a recruitment task.
4 Decision
The final step is to make a decision on cooperation and communicate it to you. If the decision is positive on both sides and together we want to establish cooperation, the final step is to perform a medical examination and set the first day of work.
Normally, the recruitment interview involves the Recruiter and the Manager/Director of the certain area. Depending on the recruitment process, you may meet your future superior.
We provide information about moving to the next steps in the process up to 2 weeks after the last step.
